1. Brand, operator and acceptance
TERVELI is a commercial brand operated by CASTRO LOGISTICS GROUP LLC. By approving a request, quote, order or statement of work, the customer accepts its written scope, price, exclusions, policies and disclosed third-party conditions.
2. Eligible business lines
Services may include direct commerce, assisted shopping, product or supplier sourcing, TERVELI SELECT custom design and manufacturing, receiving, inspection within the agreed scope, inventory control, storage, fulfillment, packing, labeling, kitting, consolidation, returns support, B2B operations and domestic or international logistics coordination. Requests are managed from the United States; availability depends on category, capacity, destination, documentation, compliance and provider acceptance.
3. Service roles and responsible parties
Unless a verified status is expressly disclosed, TERVELI does not perform regulated carrier, customs-broker, governmental, banking, money-transmission, tax, legal, insurance, laboratory, vehicle-dealer or final-delivery functions. When an approved project requires one of those functions, the applicable qualified provider or authority retains its own decisions and responsibilities.
4. Quotes, approvals and truthful documentation
Quotes, availability and schedules are estimates during their stated validity. Work begins after written approval, required verification, cleared payment and complete documentation. Customers must provide accurate product, destination, end-use, value and invoice information. False documents, hidden goods, counterfeits, sanctioned activity and unlawful requests are rejected.
5. Custom goods and operational services
Custom jewelry requires written approval of design, measurements, materials, stones, finish, tolerances, milestones and price before production. Disclosed natural or handcrafted variations are not automatically defects. Warehouse and fulfillment performance is measured only against the agreed receiving, count, condition, inventory, packaging, service-level and reporting controls.
6. Third parties and limitations
Sellers, carriers, forwarders, customs professionals, insurers, processors, laboratories and authorities retain their own responsibilities and decisions. TERVELI does not guarantee seller acceptance, permits, customs release, duties, taxes, uninterrupted tracking, transit time or final delivery. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
