1. Coordination model
TERVELI may coordinate eligible receiving, consolidation, repacking, labeling, documentation, insurance options and provider handoff from the United States toward approved domestic or international destinations. A website description or map is not a capacity, route or coverage commitment.
2. Documentation and restrictions
Real invoices, accurate values, complete descriptions, origin, destination, end use and requested documents are required. Dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, sanctioned, hidden, undervalued or unsupported regulated goods are rejected or paused.
3. Independent responsibilities
TERVELI is not automatically the freight carrier, customs broker, insurer, government authority or guaranteed final-delivery company. Acceptance, inspection, storage, transit, duties, taxes, release, tracking and delivery depend on responsible providers and authorities. Estimates are not guarantees.
