TERVELI manages eligible commerce and assisted shopping, custom jewelry design and manufacturing, warehouse and fulfillment operations, B2B sourcing, high-value review and domestic or international logistics coordination from the United States.
What is TERVELI SELECT?
It is TERVELI's custom jewelry design and manufacturing division, managed from the United States and operated by CASTRO LOGISTICS GROUP LLC; it is not a separate legal entity.
How are third-party services coordinated?
When a request requires transport, customs, insurance, technical inspection or another external function, TERVELI coordinates only the approved scope. The responsible qualified provider or authority retains its own acceptance, decisions, terms and performance.
Are the map points offices or guaranteed delivery locations?
No. TERVELI operates from the United States. Every other point and line is a geographic market or planning reference, not a guaranteed office, route or delivery area.
Does the website adapt to the customer's country and language?
The theme is fully localized in English and Spanish and honors Shopify Markets country/language routing. Automatic redirection must be enabled in Shopify Markets, and customers can always use the header selectors.
Are gemstones and watches verified?
A gemstone is described as certified only when the laboratory or issuer, certificate number and verifiable document are available. Watches require authenticity, serial, provenance and condition controls when applicable. Authorized-dealer status is never claimed without written authorization.
Do you guarantee customs, transit times or final delivery?
No. Those outcomes depend on authorities, carriers, insurers and other responsible third parties.
