1. Controller and scope
TERVELI is a commercial brand operated by CASTRO LOGISTICS GROUP LLC. This notice applies to information submitted through terveli.com, Shopify checkout where enabled, official email, WhatsApp and documented service interactions.
2. Information and purposes
Depending on the request, we may process contact and destination details; product, seller and order data; payment status without storing full card credentials; voluntary jewelry measurements, references and approved specifications; SKU, inventory and fulfillment records; invoices, photographs, packaging or claim evidence; communications and fraud-prevention signals; and technical data normally processed by Shopify, security or analytics services that are actually enabled. Information is used to respond, review eligibility, quote, process approved transactions, manufacture documented custom jewelry, manage agreed operations, coordinate responsible providers, prevent fraud, handle claims and meet accounting or legal obligations.
3. Sensitive data and minimization
Do not send passwords, bank credentials, CVV codes, full payment-card numbers, government IDs, passports, biometrics or unnecessary medical data through general forms, ordinary email or WhatsApp. If limited identity or customs documentation is legitimately required, TERVELI must explain the purpose and identify an approved secure method. Only information reasonably needed for the approved purpose should be requested or retained.
4. Providers, transfers and retention
Necessary data may be shared with Shopify and enabled applications, payment processors, sellers, atelier or warehouse personnel, carriers, forwarders, insurers, fraud-prevention providers, accountants, advisers and authorities only for the approved purpose or law. Requests are managed from the United States; necessary third-party processing may occur in another jurisdiction relevant to the approved destination or provider. Records are retained for operational, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified when reasonably possible.
5. Rights, children and contact
Customers may request access, correction or deletion subject to identity verification, applicable law and mandatory records. The services are not directed to children who cannot legally contract; an authorized adult must manage an eligible family request. Contact info@terveli.com.
